¡Ceviche Marinade! is a delicately balanced mix of freshly squeezed lime juice and fresh bell peppers, red onions, cilantro, chili, sugar, garlic, salt, and vinegar. We do not include any preservatives or additives and our product is all natural. Our marinade is used primarily to prepare ceviche, however, our customers have also used it as a topping on cooked fish, chicken and steak, as a salad dressing, or as a typical salsa. Each 5 ounce container can marinate up to one pound of fresh fish and has a refrigerated shelf life over 60 days.
Our Spicy Peruvian is an aromatic, flavorful, and mildly spicy marinade. It can be used as prepared or you can add your own personal variations. Adding thinly sliced cucumbers, julienned carrots, mandarin oranges, a dusting of cayenne pepper (if desired, but may not be necessary), and served in a martini glass with blue corn tortilla chips makes a very impressive and delicious presentation.
